Sleeves are rotationally symmetrical hollow bodies with a continuous cylindrical geometry. They are used to secure positions, define spacing, reinforce structures or serve as load-bearing connecting elements. With a defined wall thickness typically ranging from 1.5 to 2 mm and a precisely specified internal contour, they ensure controlled and even distribution of load forces.

Bushings have functionally integrated geometries: Features such as a centre collar, collar or defined press-fit dimension enable additional stop, bearing or fixing functions.
