What Drives Us: Your Lead. Precision in Perfection.

Our Manufacturing Process for Cold Extruded Components

When it comes to cold forming, precision is not the result of chance – it is the outcome of a controlled, fully integrated process.

From the first forming stage to final inspection, every step is engineered as part of a coordinated production system: structured, monitored, documented, and optimised for maximum process stability.

The result: components that combine dimensional accuracy with consistent high performance in series production – reliable, cost-efficient, and scalable.

Experience how engineering expertise, disciplined process control and uncompromising precision become measurable competitive advantage.

From Incoming Inspection to the Finished Component

Quality Starts Before Production Begins

Precision starts with selectivity. We process only high-grade raw materials sourced from certified European suppliers - because outstanding results can only be achieved when the material itself meets uncompromising standards.

Quality from the Moment of Purchase

Quality assurance begins long before the material reaches our production floor. Our purchasing department sources raw materials strictly according to our own clearly defined factory standard - specifying origin, composition, and quality requirements in uncompromising detail. At the factory gate, every individual wire coil is visually inspected for transport damage, corrosion, and surface defects. Anything that fails inspection does not enter production.

Sampling - Every Coil Is Tested

A material sample is taken from every coil - not randomly, but as a binding test specimen. At MN, each coil must prove its quality individually.

Mechanical Verification - Only What Is Measured Counts

We test the samples for tensile strength, elongation and other mechanical parameters in our own QA laboratory. State-of-the-art testing technology meets experienced experts - for reliable results, in black and white.

Release — Approved for Production

Material is released for production only when all measured values are within the defined tolerances. Our internal approval standard is clear: MN-Tested. Ready for Production. Anything carrying this rating is approved to take responsibility - as the first step toward a stable and reliable series production process.

Digitally Networked. Logistically Well-Trained.

Quality Is Created Where Everything Interlocks

Trained for Performance. Developed for precision

Our warehouse operates like a high-performance system: prepared, focused, and ready to respond.
What appears seamless on the outside is driven by structured coordination behind the scenes - aligned like a training plan for precision. Digital, systematic, always ready.

Every Batch at a Glance — Seamless and Fully Traceable

Batch number, storage time, storage location, quantity - fully documented and accessible at any time.
Complete transparency ensures control, reliability, and process security.

FIFO — Structured, Dynamic, Efficient

Intelligent first-in-first-out control synchronises material usage with production requirements - ensuring optimum warehouse rotation, maximum stock accuracy, and stable process reliability.

Networked Logistics — Every Move Connected

Forklift systems connected directly to our ERP ensure material flows precisely where needed - error-free, safe, and via the most efficient route.

Achieving Technical Perfection

The Path to the Perfect Form

Our Aim: Technical Perfection

The path to a high-performance tool begins long before the first forming stage. What fits perfectly in the end starts with precise preparation.

The Process: Pre-Drawing - More Than Dimensional Adjustment

A crucial preparatory step: during pre-drawing, the wire is brought to the exact cross-section required in a controlled and reproducible manner using customised drawing tools. But this step is about more than geometry - it decisively influences the quality and stability of all subsequent forming stages.

Targeted Material Control - Shaping Properties Before Forming

We adjust material strength through defined work hardening in a controlled manner. This ensures consistent material flow, protects tooling, and forms the basis for stable, high-volume series production.

Process Advantages - Smoother, More Homogeneous, More Resilient

Pre-drawing refines the microstructure, improves surface quality, and reduces internal stresses - ensuring reliable results across every batch size, economically and consistently.

System Impact - Stability Starts with the Wire

The result: maximum dimensional accuracy, minimal variation, and high reproducibility. Precision does not begin at the press - it begins with perfectly prepared material.

ONLY WHAT MEETS OUR STANDARDS GOES INTO PRODUCTION.

Production and Machinery

The Cold Extrusion Process

The Process: Cold Extrusion - Controlled Force in Series Production

In cold extrusion, metallic materials are formed under high pressure - precisely, repeatably, and without thermal impact. The process enables maximum material utilisation, outstanding dimensional accuracy, and cost-efficient high-volume production.

Our Machinery - Flexibility Begins with the Equipment

From single-stage forming to complex geometries with multiple forming stages, our machinery is designed to meet a wide range of requirements. Where pure forming reaches its limits, our strength lies in the combination - seamlessly integrated secondary machining operations carried out on in-house rotary transfer and linear systems.

From Wire to Function - Executed Exactly to Specification

The process begins with wire drawing. Precisely cut-to-length blanks are then formed in multiple stages using customised dies and punches - engineered to match the drawing exactly and designed for maximum process reliability.

Precision in Series Production - Step by Step

Within the machine, each workpiece is precisely guided and positioned by grippers at every forming stage -fast, reliable, and cycle-accurate. The result: complex geometries with high repeat accuracy and consistently stable quality.

Strong Solutions for Complex Geometries - Exactly Our Strength

Whether tight installation space, multi-stage asymmetrical geometries, or specific functional requirements - we develop forward-thinking solutions and deliver where others reach their limits. Our customers know: complexity does not slow us down - it drives us forward.

Downstream Processes - Finishing, Electroplating and More

After cold extrusion, we take the next step: delivering components ready for use, reliable, and complete. On request, we coordinate downstream processes such as heat treatment, vibratory finishing, and electroplating - working with qualified partners and verified quality standards. The result: components that can be immediately integrated into your assembly process or further processed without delay.
